Where is a crutchfield store

No one even tried to help us out or sell us anything. Our first purchase experience with Crutchfield. All went well. We are very low tech seniors and Teddys help was most valuable. Great customer service, staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, up front and honest about their products.

I went to the store trying to clarify what Id found online and potentially get some demos of what I was looking for but then ended up costing a different set of products because they were able to explain things much better than I could find online.

Ill definitely be a retuning customer to this shop in the future. I went there to get information on turntables and speakers. I spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman named Mike. He explained very thoroughly the process of set up and operation and equipment needed. I have not made a decision as to what to purchase, however, with his expert assistance, I have a much better idea.

Highly recommend this particular store due to its location plus the genuine and overall information provided to help pick the right items to produce excellent quality sound. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

I went in with a very specific need and within 24 hours they had exactly what I wanted. Knowledgeable sales person with helpful advice. Competitive prices. Good products. Whats not to like? By far the best place in Charlottesville for any and all of my camera needs.

Which is both a gift and a curse because of how close by I live. They usually have what I need in stock and if not they will have it there within a day or two. The staff is always knowledgeable and very quick to help. I had an installation appointment for some door speakers and a check on my radio yesterday. I cant say enough. Chris came out on his day off yes I said day off because he was going to be in my area and stopped by to get my estimate started rather than waiting another two weeks for an opening. Installation however I had to wait my turn as they are busy because they are good at what they do.

I cant remember the name of my installers but they were top notch professionals. A first class job well done!!!! Loved the electonic petting zoo and listening rooms. Staff is prompt, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Called with some technical questions about a potential purchase. I asked to speak to a specialist. They kept putting me on hold to Google the information or a someone else about it, I presumed because is the long delays. I asked to speak to someone that knew about the topic and they said they were the expert.

The staff were most helpful in determining my audio needs and then making recommendations that fit my budget. I appreciated their diligence and follow up before and after the installation. Teddy even found a way to save me a little money after they reevaluated my current system. Thanks for a job well done! We had a new car stereo installed.

Unfortunately, the installation revealed we then needed to by a new amp and have that installed as well. After speaking to the manager, Dan, Crutchfield took care of us. What was looking to be a disappointing and costly experience turned into a wonderful customer service experience.

Call this Crutchfield sometimes an 7 out of 10 I have to speak to a lady an i believe her name is Abby, she does not know what she is talking about or what I am talking about she doesnt seem very knowledgeable on home electronics, somebody needs to school her if she is going to work there, I would give one star but Im not going to ruin Crutchfields name because of 1 person.

From the moment we stepped in the door our salesman was fantastic and so helpful. Was very impressed and my 17 year old son was very happy with the purchase for his car stereo. Very helpful all the time no matter how silly the questions I have are! To think when I was a kid I used to sit in school and look through their magazines dreaming about the day I would have a killer sound system!

Excellent service. I bought Apple TV. I could have gotten it for s few bucks less at Costco, but at Crutchfield, I had the opportunity to try it out, see how the remote worked, etc. Well worth a few dollars. Tried to get an aftermarket stereo for my car just wanted to get an AUX or Bluetooth option. Used the online store and reserved a stereo and wiring hook up online which was stated to be compatible online.

Picked it up in store and reassured that this system was indeed compatible. That night hooked it up and it didnt work stereo didnt come on. Called the store pre-closing, no answer. Called technical support, after 15 min hold, got to technical support which were helpful - had to change the wiring. Stereo powered on. After this however, the speakers didnt work. Called again, was told itd be a 15 min hold, decided to call in the AM.

In the AM, told I needed a different wiring harness. Hooked it up that night, again, the speakers didnt work. Called the next day, told I needed to change some of the wiring, did this, no success. Called again, was told that this wiring harness didnt work with my car and that in order to get it to work, Id have to rewire my speakers.

Unsure if it would work with my speakers, may need to replace. This is despite being told times that the system I purchased would work. Given all of this, will be returning all equipment, will not use this store again as although everyone is nice, they do not appear to know which of their products will and will not work with my car and I do not have confidence that they would have that knowledge for anything else they sell.

PROS: Nice people, are taking return of products that dont workCONS: Sold me tech that doesnt work with my car multiple times, did not get to the bottom of the issue for 4 days, poor knowledge of system.

Hands down the best experience in shopping for audio equipment. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they had plenty of stock on hand. I would highly recommend anyone looking for audio or tv equipment to make a stop by the Charlottesville Crutchfield store, you wont be disappointed! Awesome store! Staff is always there to help you. Even if an item is outta stock theyll order. This place is a joke. Wanted to buy subs to replace mine that went out. I hardly ever actually write reviews, but I think that they deserve it for the above and beyond experience I had with this location.

I went in with questions regarding audio options for my streaming and YouTube setup and spoke to Mike. He took several minutes to discuss different audio options and to show me different products in the store and in their online inventory.

He took the time to break down the pros and cons of each, and how they could be used for my application. I was disappointed but thanked him for his time. A few days later, after having looked at more microphones online, I called them back to see if they had been able to locate the microphone so I could come in and buy it. He said that they would double check, and offered to give me a call back.

A little later, I got a call from him saying that they were still not able to find it, but that he was having one brought to the store for me from another location, and that it would be there in an hour.

I went in and bought it that day. Mike in particular. I will happily shop with them when I am ready to upgrade to an XLR setup in the future. Very friendly, greeted right away and very knowledgable about the car stereos and installation process. Knowledgeable and Professional. Friendly and Helpful Personal Service. You tell them what you are looking for and theyll find your best options Honestly, Crutchfield is the best! Good selection of high end audio, camera, and video equipment.

Was pleasantly surprised to see the number of high end headphones on display, ready for listening. Store employees were super helpful, and even ordered in an open box Sony G Master lens just so I could try it out.

This was my first time shopping at Crutchfield. Fantastic service, and they were very flexible. At the time they were running a sale for a stereo deck and speaker combination, so I managed to get everything that I needed for less than what I was originally planning to get online.

The Sales Rep was extremely helpful in providing information on how I should install the equipment and provided wiring harnesses and a pack of wire coupling nuts I believe thats the term for free. If you need anything car audio related, Crutchfield is easily miles ahead of any online store. Total contrast to the other store in town, you know, the blue one. These guys KNOW their product and dont have an agenda around selling you anything.

What a great experience. It does help to know what you want or at least your priorities when you go in there I drove 2 hours to check their discovery store and their employees are very helpful.

Excellent Customer Service, ill highly recommend it to my Friends and Soldiers. They have the good stuff and their staff knows what they are talking about. I was shopping for a new receiver, they pointed me to the right one and Im still happy with it.

Been using crutchfield a long time, Reliable products, always on time and never have i been disappointed. Crutchfield is the BEST! Great customer service. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There was no pressure to upgrade me to something I didnt need. Very professional.
